LPBAA 2013 Pike Tournament Results

Thanks to all 24 teams that came out to fish our Pike Tournament yesterday, the rain held off luckly allowing the anglers to bring in some very impressive pike this year. Congratulations to the winner and thanks to Sandboy marina for again providing the facilities to hold this tournament, and providing the anglers a discount for their ramp fee’s. Thousands of largemouth and smallmouth bass have been successfully released to swim another day thanks to the crew of our live release boat. Since 1996, we have operated a live release pontoon boat at pro and amateur bass fishing tournaments and derbies held on the Bay each summer. Our objective is to increase survival rates of bass released after these events and to promote the concept of live release among all anglers.

For an annual membership fee of only $20.00, you will receive a colourful LPBAA decal, membership card, subscription to our Baywatch newsletter published three times a year, and access to the members only section of this website, along with that, a significant discount on an annual membership in the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunter if you join through our Association.
